Job purpose:

StoneX is seeking an experienced paid acquisition professional to drive customer acquisition for its self-directed business brand:FOREX.com across APAC region, with primary responsibility for China and additional coverage of Singapore and Australia.

As Senior Specialist, Paid Acquisition (APAC), you will manage end-to-end paid media activity across display, PPC, paid social and paid app advertising. This includes ad development, compliance approval, campaign activation, optimisation and performance analysis.

This role is suited to a hands-on, data-driven marketer who can translate regional business priorities into effective acquisition plans, manage budgets with discipline and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

General Duties:

• Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns for China, while supporting Singapore and Australia as required
• Manage campaigns across display, PPC, paid social and paid app advertising channels
• Coordinate the end-to-end advertising process, including briefing, ad creation, localisation, compliance approval, trafficking, launch and ongoing optimisation
• Develop and test advertising creative, copy, audience segments, bidding approaches and landing-page journeys to improve acquisition performance
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance against agreed budgets, targets and business priorities
• Own channel-level reporting and analysis, translating performance data into clear insights and optimisation actions
• Follow the monthly budget planning, forecasting and reconciliation process, ensuring accurate tracking and disciplined spend management
• Work closely with local and regional business teams to align paid acquisition activity with market strategy, commercial priorities and product direction
• Partner with Compliance and other internal stakeholders to ensure advertising materials and campaigns meet local regulatory and internal governance requirements
• Coordinate with external agencies, media platforms, technology partners and creative resources where required
• Identify new channels, audience opportunities and testing ideas to improve acquisition efficiency and support sustainable growth

Knowledge and Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition or paid media
• Demonstrated experience managing display, PPC, paid social and/or paid app advertising campaigns
• Strong knowledge of the China digital advertising ecosystem and consumer landscape; experience in Singapore and Australia is an advantage
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, conversion journeys, audience targeting, attribution and campaign measurement
• Experience managing monthly media budgets, forecasts, pacing and performance reporting
• Experience in financial services, online brokerage, fintech, digital investment, or other highly regulated or performance-led industry is preferred
• Familiarity with advertising platforms (GDN, DV360, SA360 and CM360), app marketing tools, analytics platforms and reporting dashboards

Qualification and Skills:

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong business-level English
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable taking ownership with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup, budget control, tracking and compliance processes
• Ability to turn business direction into practical channel plans and measurable acquisition activity
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across markets and functions
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced regional environment
• Commercial mindset with a clear focus on acquisition quality, conversion and return on investment
• Based in Hong Kong and able to work effectively with teams across APAC and in different time zones
