Business Segment Overview

Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.

Position Purpose: We are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to lead the engineering delivery and long-term evolution of our Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure AI environments across a global enterprise. This is an engineering and delivery leadership role, not a day-to-day administration role: the successful candidate will plan and execute complex, long-running projects — including large-scale migrations and platform modernizations — from design through delivery, while also building and governing AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry. The role works within architectural standards set by our Architecture team and partners closely with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to modernize how the organization collaborates and works.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

  • Engineering & Delivery — Build, configure, and deliver solutions across M365 workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive), Power Platform, and Azure AI services, working within designs and standards set by the Architecture team.
  • Project & Migration Leadership — Plan and execute long-running, multi-phase projects end-to-end, including tenant and platform migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives. Own project scope, sequencing, risk, and stakeholder communication from kickoff to close.
  • AI Enablement — Design, build, and deliver AI-enabled solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem using Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry; stay current with new Microsoft AI capabilities and evaluate them for enterprise adoption.
  • Power Platform & Azure AI Foundry Management — Administer and govern Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate), including environment strategy, DLP policies, and application lifecycle management. Manage Azure AI Foundry projects, model deployments, and usage governance.
  • Security & Compliance Implementation — Implement and maintain controls aligned to Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, and Microsoft Purview compliance requirements; partner with security teams on risk mitigation.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management — Produce runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content for engineering and support teams.
  • Stakeholder Leadership — Act as the delivery lead and point of escalation for engineering execution across M365, Power Platform, and Azure AI initiatives, and drive adoption of new capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Proven track record planning and executing complex, long-running migration or platform modernization projects in an enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate), and Azure AI Foundry or comparable Azure AI/OpenAI services
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience, including Microsoft Graph API
  • Solid working knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online, including mail flow (SMTP, connectors) and identity fundamentals
  • Experience governing Power Platform environments (DLP, ALM, Center of Excellence practices)
  • Demonstrated program/project management skills with the ability to work autonomously across long project timelines
  • Experience leading migration projects tied to M&A, tenant consolidation, or similar large-scale initiatives

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience with security tooling (Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, Intune)
  • Experience with financial compliance tools (Global Relay, Purview, Proofpoint)
  • Exposure to hybrid Exchange environments
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI Service or Azure Cognitive Services
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

Education / Certification Requirements:

  • Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102)
  • Power Platform certification (PL-400 or PL-600)
  • Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or equivalent Azure AI certification
  • Security certification (SC-200 / SC-300 / SC-400) strongly preferred

Working environment:

  • 4 days' work from office
