StoneX is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trade Support Analyst to join its Dubai Energy business. This role is designed for candidates looking to build a long-term career within commodity and financial markets.

The position will provide day-to-day support to front-office brokers, execution teams and sales professionals active across global energy markets, with a particular focus on crude oil and refined product derivatives. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to exchange-traded and OTC markets while developing a detailed understanding of the trade lifecycle, client servicing, operational controls and market infrastructure.

Role Purpose:

Acting as a key link between the front office and support functions, the Junior Trade Support Analyst will help ensure trades are accurately processed, clients are effectively supported and operational risks are properly managed. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving within a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day operational support to energy brokers and sales teams.

· Assist with trade capture, booking, amendment and validation activities.

· Monitor trade flows and ensure timely escalation of discrepancies.

· Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Compliance and Clearing teams.

· Support client onboarding and KYC documentation processes.

· Prepare daily activity reports, execution summaries and management information.

· Assist with market commentary, client presentations and sales materials.

· Maintain CRM systems and client records.

· Support invoice, commission and brokerage administration where required.

· Ensure accurate maintenance of trade documentation and audit records.

Trade & Execution Support

· Verify trade details against broker instructions and client confirmations.

· Investigate trade breaks and reconciliation exceptions.

· Monitor exchange and clearing submissions.

· Support end-of-day reconciliation processes.

· Assist in testing and implementation of process improvements.

Client Support

· Provide professional support to clients regarding account and operational matters.

· Coordinate onboarding documentation.

· Maintain high service standards and responsiveness.

Risk, Compliance & Controls

· Adhere to all regulatory and internal policy requirements.

· Escalate operational issues and potential risk events promptly.

· Maintain accurate records and support audit reviews.

· Complete all mandatory compliance training.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

· 0–3 years experience in trade support, operations, financial services, commodities or brokerage.

· Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with willingness to develop further technical skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

· Strong numerical and analytical capability.

Preferred Experience

· Internship, graduate or professional experience within commodities, energy, futures, clearing or derivatives.

· Exposure to crude oil, refined products or wider commodity markets.

· Knowledge of ICE Futures Europe contract structure is advantageous.

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline preferred.

· Strong academic record and genuine interest in financial and commodity markets.
