StoneX Payments works with a diverse range of clients across the globe, from leading financial institutions and fintechs to multinational corporates and development organisations. As our APAC business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and driven individual to help coordinate strategic projects and support the execution of key growth initiatives across the region.

 

The successful candidate will work across multiple teams and functions, helping to deliver business expansion projects, onboard new banking partners, launch new capabilities, improve internal processes and support the ongoing development of our Payments business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to the international payments industry while playing a key role in the growth of the business.

 

 

Primary duties will include:

  • Support the delivery of strategic initiatives and business projects across the APAC Payments and Financial Institutions business.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Sales, Correspondent Banking, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Product and Technology teams.
  • Track project milestones, action items, dependencies and timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Assist with the onboarding and implementation of new banking partners, payment corridors, products and client solutions.
  • Prepare project updates, management reports, presentations and business cases for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support business expansion initiatives, new product development and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes and action trackers, ensuring effective follow-up across multiple stakeholders.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new payment capabilities, banking relationships and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Assist with regulatory, licensing and market-entry projects across different jurisdictions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help streamline internal workflows and project execution.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops and working groups related to key business initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to improve operational efficiency, client experience and business performance.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in project management, banking, payments, financial services, consulting or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Curiosity, initiative and willingness to take ownership of projects.
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Working environment:

  • Hybrid (1-day WFH, 4 days in office)
