Responsibilities

Position purpose: As Brand & Content Lead, you will report to the Global Head of Display & Paid Social, managing and executing the brand & content advertising strategy across StoneX Group. Direct media partnerships covering ATL, TTL, as well as content/advertorial will fall under your remit.

 

Working under the direction of the Global Head of Display & Paid Social, and in collaboration with the rest of the team, you will manage the strategy and publisher relationships, allowing StoneX to realize their vision of being in the top three consideration set for all their business lines globally.

Media will span across multiple formats including digital and offline.

The successful candidate will have a commercial mindset and instinctively work to purchase media at the best possible value to continue driving efficient growth for the Group.

Primary duties will include: 

  • Plan, manage & execute the brand & content advertising strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues & stakeholders ensuring target audiences are defined
  • Media research
  • Media planning for both always on activity & campaign bursts
  • Negotiation of publisher rates
  • Execute media plans in collaboration with other members of the team
  • Advise & define KPIs for various strategies & media
  • Report on campaign performance & drawing conclusions on impact & performance
  • Briefing in assets & content to fulfil media placements
  • Constant collaboration with stakeholders, direct team members & wider Marketing department

Qualifications

To land this role you will need

 

  • Minimum of six years’ experience researching planning & buying media
  • Comfortable managing an eight-figure budget
  • Experienced negotiator of media rates & pricing of multimedia global partnerships
  • Background in creating content partnerships & awareness of SEO/GEO effects
  • Experienced in planning & buying both digital & offline media
  • Data driven & analytical
  • Campaign optimization
  • Experience managing brand surveys & drawing conclusions from results
  • Knowledge of financial markets media preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment & to tight deadlines

Working environment:

 

  • Permanent, full-time, 4 days per week in office
