Responsibilities

Job purpose: StoneX is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Editor to support the management and content operations of our commercial websites (e.g., www.stonex.com) and sub-brands mainly in English. As part of the global marketing team, you will collaborate with web specialists, product owners, SEO experts, and regional managers to ensure high-quality website content that meets business goals and offers an excellent user experience.

 

Primary duties will include: 

 

  • Responsible for supporting the daily maintenance of stonex.com website (with various subdomains and regional variations) mainly in English:
    • Implement web pages, landing pages, content, imagery, video, forms and any other content in CMS
    • Maintain and keep up to date websites, including adding and maintaining new/existing pages and content to provide optimal user experience
    • Website quality assurance – help test and review website content for errors, assisting project leaders in quality assurance testing and solving quality assurance issues
    • Ensure company monthly, quarterly and annual financial data on websites is up-to-date
    • Be the CMS SME and advise colleagues on digital best practices
  • Work with cross functional teams on projects work that involve website content updates
    • Working with regional managers to help build and maintain website content leveraging existing CMS templates
    • Ensure SEO best practices, including technical SEO requirements, are implemented on all pages
    • Collaborate with Digital & Creative Marketing Team to execute the creative direction, planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the company’s websites
    • Assist with updates as needed to web analytics code, assist with the integration and updates of Google Analytics into our databases and websites
  • Owning various marketing tasks that focus on a positive customer experience
  • Maintenance of detailed records of marketing tasks and activity- providing daily and weekly status reports

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • 3 years of experience in web management with consumer-facing websites
  • Familiarity with web CMS (Content Management System), preferably corporate level (Episerver, Sitecore, Adobe) and/or new generation headless CMS (Kontent.ai, Uniform, Contentful)
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to sustain constructive debates and hold opinions
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English

What makes you stand out:  

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for light troubleshooting
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
  • Interest in user experience (UX) and visual content layout
  • Keen attention to detail, exceptional ability to multi-task complimented with ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education / Certification Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree

Working environment:

  • Hybrid/In-office 4 days per week
