- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
- Manage visitor entry, issue badges, and maintain visitor logs
- Ensure adherence to office security and safety protocols
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle basic email communication and inquiries
- Maintain records of visitors, calls, couriers, and office inventory
Administrative Support
- Manage reception area, meeting rooms, and office supplies
- Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate with internal teams
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as document handling, courier coordination, and data entry
- Vendor management
- Assist with hotel and travel bookings for visitors / employees
- Support HR/Admin teams with onboarding formalities and office events
- Managing office inventories
