Overview

We are looking for a professional Receptionist & Admin Assistant to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Manage visitor entry, issue badges, and maintain visitor logs
  • Ensure adherence to office security and safety protocols
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
  • Handle basic email communication and inquiries
  • Maintain records of visitors, calls, couriers, and office inventory

Administrative Support

  • Manage reception area, meeting rooms, and office supplies
  • Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate with internal teams
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as document handling, courier coordination, and data entry
  • Vendor management
  • Assist with hotel and travel bookings for visitors / employees
  • Support HR/Admin teams with onboarding formalities and office events
  • Managing office inventories

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification is Graduate – Any Degree
  • Min experience of 1-3 years in Office Management
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office tools
