Responsibilities

Candidates will be considered for multiple roles within various teams requiring similar skills during the recruitment process including the below teams. Final role alignment will be determined at the later stages based on skills identified during the interview process.

Position Purpose

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Operations department. Operations is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities that keep global financial markets running smoothly, including transaction processing, settlements, reconciliations, client servicing, data management, and operational controls.

As part of the team, you'll gain exposure to a variety of operational functions, work with different business areas across the company, and develop an understanding of how financial products and transactions are managed within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

 

Please note: This role is part of our Operations department and is not a traditional Finance or Accounting position.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Support daily operational processes across multiple financial products and business areas.
  • Maintain and update account, client, and system information across internal platforms.
  • Assist with reconciliations and investigations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Help monitor and process operational requests, transactions, payments, and reporting activities.
  • Respond to internal and external queries and provide operational support where required.
  • Work closely with teams including Trading, Risk, Treasury, Technology, Compliance, Client Services, and Finance.
  • Assist with preparing reports and maintaining operational records.
  • Identify and escalate exceptions or discrepancies for resolution.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and departmental projects.
  • Learn industry regulations, operational controls, and financial market processes.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Financial terminology and interest to be a part of financial industry.

Early Careers Requirements 

  • Pursuing B.Com / BA / BBA degree from an accredited university
  • Finishing university by July-August 2027
  • Available for a January 2027 start on a full-time 6-month program

Working environment 

4 days in the office, 1 day at home
