Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

The candidate will be part of a division that functions as both Business Development and Operations project and change management, managing multiple cross-department projects, and all New Product/Business implementation projects.

 

Primary duties will include:

  • Day-to-day management of projects run by the Business Development and Operations departments including milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting & change management across the project portfolio
  • Creation and maintenance of Project planning and reporting documentation in line with Enterprise Project Management Office (“EPMO”) standards
  • Ongoing processing & maintenance of project tracking data within the Atlassian suite (Jira / Confluence).
  • Creation of regular Project and Program level reporting for stakeholders.
  • Looking for opportunities to implement process improvements and efficiency gains within Operations where possible.
  • Working closely with all departments to inculcate active participation in the EPMO process.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • A good understanding of financial markets workflows in one or more of the asset classes below:
    • Exchange-Traded Derivatives
    • OTC derivatives
    • Wholesale FX
    • Fixed Income and Equities
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian Project Management Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Trello)
  • Effective planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to connect and secure buy-in from stakeholder
  • Strong organization skills and high standards of accuracy, delivery, and time management

 

What makes you stand out:  

  • A good Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a project management role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

 

Working environment:

  • 4 days in office, 1 day remote
