Overview

The professional hired will be based in Varginha, providing direct operational support to the Brazil and Europe trading teams for transactions executed through StoneX Switzerland, with a primary focus on Brazil-origin coffee operations. Positioning this role in Varginha enables closer integration with origination, faster information flow, and improved efficiency and accuracy across the operational processes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Register new business in Fintrade.
  • Onboarding new counterparties in CSC.
  • Prepare purchase and sale contract, contract amendments, and fixations notes.
  • Send contracts, amendments and fixations notes for signature via ADOBE SIGN internal and external signatures (TBD).
  • Create SI numbers in Fintrade.
  • Match Purchase with Sales in Fintrade at trader’s request and future adjustments.
  • Reconcile Hedges between Statements and Fintrade.
  • To be determined if Provisional Invoices for cotton will stay in this department. Sugar/Coffee moved to Ops.

Qualifications

Advanced English proficiency
Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of the coffee industry
Experience with the preparation, verification, and execution of contracts
Ability to handle large volumes of information with strong attention to detail during verification
