Job purpose:

As a Senior FX Sales Manager at StoneX Pro, you will be responsible for identify potential clients, nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals to meet ambitious sales goals

Responsibilities

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs.
  • Leverage efficient sales tactics to target quality leads to enhance the StoneX Pro client base.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and contribute substantially to annual growth targets.
  • Represent the StoneX Pro brand in a professional, successfull manner that results in positive client experience and new business opportunities.
  • Support the positioning of StoneX Pro as a category and industry leader.
  • Develop a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline of new business opportunities in line with commercial objectives of the StoneX Pro department.
  • Develop, meaintain and report on a sales pipeline forecast to management in monthly and quarterly sales reports.
  • Participate in the the development of sales proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercials for proactive bids and proposals for your target market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of StoneX Pro’s commercial framework for new and existing clinets to ensure that your client portfolio is contributing the the revenue growth objective of the department.
  • Following a sales lead management process in salesforce and ensuring that lead information is up to date and accurate.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

  • 10+ year of experience in sales and business development with a focus on financial derivatives and trading technology.
  • Experience in operating within a global team and ability to operate successfully in a global matrix organisation.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services’ technical landscape, particularly Institutional FX and trading.
  • Proven experience with implementing sales tactics.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends and technology. 

 

Qualification and Skills

  • Strong client focus, with demonstrated ability to originate, implement and grow client portfolios leading to an increase in revenue.
  • A team player who understands the concept of key stakeholders and works works with a range of individuals and can communicate with an involve all levels of the business.
  • Successful track record in B2B revenue generation and client management.
  • Ability to operate within a global sales team and create information feedback loops to ensure that StoneX Pro products and services are in line with regional requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with senior executive.
  • Proficiency with sales forecasting, and budgetary process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
