Position Purpose: As a member of the Global Websites Operations Team, the Web Content Manager/Team Lead will oversee the successful execution of complex website initiatives across our global B2B web ecosystem, powered by NextGen (Kontent.ai and Uniform). This person will lead a small, talented team of Website Editors and contractors, ensuring content excellence, smooth operations, and an outstanding user experience across all B2B regional websites. 

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include: 

  • Lead and mentor a team of CMS Editors and contractors, fostering a positive, supportive, and globally collaborative team environment.
  • Oversee the daily management and maintenance of website content across global B2B websites, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand and UX standards.
  • Serve as an in-house CMS expert, supporting users, maintaining documentation, and championing best practices for content governance and publishing workflows.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure content aligns with marketing goals and customer needs, driving better engagement and conversions.
  • Understand and optimize user journeys, working closely with stakeholders to enhance site navigation, content flow, and conversion opportunities.
  • Partner with the Technology and Product teams to identify and implement improvements in site performance, functionality, and experience.
  • Manage CMS updates and content publishing, including more complex tasks such as component configuration, integrations, and structured content deployment.
  • Work closely with SEO and Analytics teams to evaluate performance, apply insights, and continuously improve page effectiveness.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of NextGen CMS tools (Kontent.ai, Uniform), participating in migrations, team training, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media teams to ensure tracking, tagging, and analytics are correctly implemented.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying issues before they escalate and driving solutions through cross-team collaboration.
  • Champion user-cantered thinking, ensuring every change or update considers the end-user journey and business objectives.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in web content management, ideally within a global, multi-site organization.
  • At least 1–2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience, with proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate others.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, content strategy, and web publishing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels and time zones. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a global team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively. Proactive problem solver who takes initiative and ownership.
  • Basic understanding of website performance optimization (e.g., load times, mobile responsiveness).

What makes you stand out:  

  • Experience with Kontent.ai, Uniform, or other headless CMS implementations, or any other corporate-level CMS.
  • Experience contributing to UX or CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience working in financial services or another regulated industry.

Education / Certification Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Working environment:

  • Hybrid role, 4 days in-office.
  • Global team spanning Americas and EMEA, requiring some cross-time zone coordination.
  • Minimal travel expected, primarily for team workshops or training sessions.
