Overview

To provide operational support for systems used by the StoneX Financial Ltd (“SFL”) Commodity Operations department as well as assist with the maintenance of all static data within the relevant systems used.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Account Data Management: Setup and maintain account static across the systems used in SFL Commodity Operations, including, but not limited to, external vendor systems such as XTP and Two Four, as well as internally developed systems such as e-Pro and BMX.
  • Commission / Fee Data Management: Setup and maintain commission and fee schedules attached to each account within the above-mentioned systems.
  • Reporting: Setup and maintain the report distribution for both client and in-house reporting generated by the above-mentioned systems.
  • Reconciliation: Execution, and escalation where required, of reconciliations of data between above mentioned systems and our client static portal (“CSC”).
  • Support: Assisting in responding to queries (internal and external) relating to account, commission and contract static.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • 1-3 years’ experience in operations.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard derivatives platforms.
  • Knowledge of XTP and its various modules preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives, including futures and options, as well as their associated lifecycle events.

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders across the business.
  • Effective organisation and time management skills.
