Overview

StoneX is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Securities Lending Desk, focusing on the execution, structuring, and monitoring of securities lending transactions in the Brazilian market. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical capability, interaction with institutional clients, and close collaboration with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams in a dynamic, results‑driven environment.

 

Responsibilities

 
  • Execute and structure stock lending and borrowing transactions, ensuring operational efficiency and competitive pricing.
 
  • Monitor daily positions, rates, maturities, recalls, and settlement dates.
 
  • Manage relationships with institutional clients, asset managers, funds, custodians, and counterparties.
 
  • Track market conditions, asset supply and demand, and identify business opportunities.
 
  • Ensure that all transactions comply with B3, CVM, BACEN regulations and internal policies.
 
  • Work collaboratively with the Risk, Compliance, Back Office, Middle Office, and Technology teams.
 
  • Support the preparation of management reports, performance controls, trading volumes, and desk P&L.
 
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the development of control and analytical tools.
 
  • Serve as a technical reference for more junior analysts on the desk.

 

Qualifications

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
 
  • Strong experience in stock lending/securities lending, institutional trading desks, or capital markets.
 
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian market dynamics and B3 operational workflows.
 
  • Good knowledge of market, counterparty, and liquidity risks.
 
  • Advanced English (interaction with global teams and stakeholders).
 
  • Advanced Excel and familiarity with financial market systems and platforms.
