Business Segment Overview: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.

Position Purpose: It will be a mix of hands-on web editing, assembling new website features, and coordinating with stakeholders the final touches ahead of website rollouts. As a senior editor, you will also take on a broader level of responsibility, including providing progress updates, helping steer workflows, and supporting more complex technical and editorial tasks within the migration.

You will work closely with the Marketing & Business teams and also with other website editors based in our offices across the globe. You will act as a key point of contact for cross‑functional teams - Product, Development, and Regional Leads - helping ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency across workstreams. This is a global role with responsibilities extending over all regional websites, including FOREX.com and StoneX constituencies, and includes supporting editors across regions with guidance, best practice, and troubleshooting.

A solid understanding of website build processes, CMS functionality, and the ability to work independently are critical for success in this position. You’re the type of person that isn’t afraid to flag issues, suggest areas of improvement, and get stuck into experimentation. At a senior level, you will help uphold high standards of quality and process, contribute to defining best practices, and guide other editors in adopting consistent, scalable approaches to content and CMS usage.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

  • Content migration and page assembly across existing and new headless CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across global sites
  • Collaborate with global marketing, business, and regional web editing teams to coordinate content finalization, apply localized requirements, and support smooth rollouts of new site features and regions
  • Troubleshoot CMS issues and optimize workflows, proactively identifying improvement opportunities, experimenting with layout and content solutions, and maintaining high standards of site usability and performance throughout the migration process
  • Act as a senior point of contact for migration-related questions, providing regular progress updates to project managers, Product/Tech teams, and senior business stakeholders
  • Support other web editors across regions, providing training on CMS functionality, component usage, structured content, and editorial best practice
  • Escalate and triage technical issues with Development/Engineering teams, ensuring issues are documented clearly and followed through to resolution
  • Import, export and edit large amounts of data
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented on all pages
  • Uphold governance standards for page structure, metadata, asset usage, accessibility, and localisation, acting as a quality gatekeeper before content goes live
  • Set up and edit more complex CMS elements, such as dynamic components
  • Assist with updates as needed to web analytics code
  • Assist project leaders in quality assurance testing and solving quality assurance issues
  • Maintain and keep up to date websites, including adding and maintaining new/existing pages and content to provide optimal user experience

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in web management with consumer-facing websites

  • Database management proficiency – used to working with large amounts of data
  • Experience managing multi-language website/CMS set-ups
  • Proven experience executing website content migrations or replatforming projects, with attention to detail, consistency, and efficiency across high-volume content libraries
  • Comfortable reporting status, risks, and blockers to senior stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of web publishing standards, including SEO best practices, accessibility, and responsive/mobile-first content layout
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and coordinate across time zones, working confidently in fast-paced, collaborative environments with global stakeholders

What makes you stand out:

  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS and SEO
  • Keen attention to detail, exceptional ability to multi-task complimented with ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of training or mentoring other editors
  • Continually work to understand our customer’s needs and challenges, utilize their feedback to evolve customer interactions and experiences
