Position Purpose: Perform commissions and bonus calculations as well as ensure accuracy and quality in the processes and reporting.
Responsibilities
Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly commission/bonus payout calculations for multiple groups including external Introducing Brokers and internal Producers utilizing the Xactly Incent System as well as Excel when required.
Understand IB deals and Producer employment contracts to design in Xactly accurately the calculations and sources needed.
Assist with system upgrades, integrations and consolidation.
Crosstrain when required to be a cohesive team member.
Prepare GL entries to post variable compensation accruals and other entries into Oracle.
Adhere to deadlines and communicate effectively whenever that is not possible.
Respond efficiently to our IB’s and Producers on any questions or disputes.
Provide management reporting and respond to questions.
Meet payroll and accounts payable deadlines to ensure timely payments.
Reconcile the commissions/bonuses payment processing and communicate differences found.
Cooperate with other departments when required.
Review Dashboards and Reporting required for each user as necessary.
Assist with Xactly updates and regression testing.
Train and participate in development of Self and Commissions Team.
Complete all mandatory training assigned by the company.
Participates in developing enhanced reporting and effectiveness of the Commissions Department.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
5 to 7 years work experience in Commissions or other Accounting/Finance function
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred
Proficient in Excel is a must
Proficient in Oracle is preferred
Proficient in Xactly is a plus
Strong work ethic with emphasis on organization and attention to details
Must be able to meet deadlines
Maintains prompt and regular attendance
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
