Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and Client Support to join our Global Markets team, focused on Listed Derivatives across Korea, Hong Kong and Singapore. The role involves client servicing ,maintaining and expanding client relationships, and working closely with trading, product, and operations teams to deliver strategic solutions in listed futures and options.

This is a client facing role that requires a deep understanding of derivatives markets.

 

 

Primary duties will include: 

  • Trade execution for selected pool of customer/execute LME order and coordinating warrant delivery.
  • Support clients’ online trading by assisting in OMS setup, limit requests, investigating order rejections, and any other assistance required to facilitate an efficient online trading environment.
  • Follow up with clients on risk management protocols, including margin calls.
  • Provide currency conversion support and execution to clients on StoneX Pro.
  • Investigate, resolve and rectify trade discrepancies that may arise, liaising with Recon team.
  • Assist clients for trade/position transfers, liaising with US Transfer team.
  • Follow up on clients’ deposits and withdrawals to ensure disruption-free trading, with CS and Funding team
  • Identify fee discrepancies and initiate corrective action, work with Customer service team
  • Assist in facilitating physical delivery of contracts when necessary
  • Support sales team in providing necessary information, setting up of OMS and product limits, and other necessary tasks required
  • FO act as the liaison between compliance team and clients, relaying and coordinating responses to any compliance queries  regarding clients trading activities.
  • Any other tasks that may be required in the effective operation of the business

 

Qualifications

 

To land this role you will need: 

  • Good knowledge of exchange traded derivatives and products
  • High level of accuracy in trade execution
  • Able to understand clients’ inherent problem in order to find a solution
  • Able to communicate clearly and precisely with other departments/desks
  • Analytical thinking to troubleshoot problems that may arise
  • Highly motivated to complete tasks assigned
  • Able to function independently, as well as work together in a team to provide the best operational efficiency and resolution to problems
  • Knowledge in currency conversions is an asset
  • Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) is required

 

What makes you stand out: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in listed derivatives trading, or clearing services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of client support role in the region ,especially to Korean customers
  • Strong understanding of global listed derivatives markets and clearing infrastructure.
  • Existing client relationships in Korea and Singapore preferred.

 

Working environment:

  • 4 days in office, 1 day remote
