Position Purpose: StoneX is looking for a high performing CMS Content Editor to manage the web channel demand for our retail websites, including www.forex.com and sub brands, mainly in English, Spanish and Portuguese. This person will be part of the global marketing team, reporting into the Retail Team Lead and working alongside our in-house SEO specialists, Web Developers, Web product owners, Paid Media specialists and many more. An eye for design, an ability to relate to clients’ content needs and an understanding of the web site development process are critical for success in this position. While fluency in English and Spanish is essential, proficiency in Portuguese is a strong advantage. Additional language skills - for example European languages or Chinese - will be considered a plus.

Primary duties will include: 

• Responsible for supporting the daily maintenance of forex.com and stonex.com websites (with various subdomains and regional variations) in English, Spanish and Portuguese:
  • Implement web pages, landing pages, content, imagery, video, forms and any other content in CMS
  • Maintain and keep up to date websites, including adding and maintaining new/existing pages and content to provide optimal user experience
  • Website quality assurance – help test and review website content for errors, assisting project leaders in quality assurance testing and solving quality assurance issues
  • Ensure company monthly, quarterly and annual financial data on websites is up-to-date
  • Be the CMS SME and advise colleagues on digital best practices
• Work with cross functional teams on projects work that involve website content updates:
  • Working with regional managers to help build and maintain website content leveraging existing CMS templates
  • Ensure SEO best practices, including technical SEO requirements, are implemented on all pages
  • Collaborate with Digital & Creative Marketing Team to execute the creative direction, planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the company’s websites
  • Assist with updates as needed to web analytics code, assist with the integration and updates of Google Analytics into our databases and websites
• Owning various marketing tasks that focus on a positive customer experience
• Maintenance of detailed records of marketing tasks and activity- providing daily and weekly status reports

To land this role you will need:

• Familiarity with web CMS (Content Management System), preferably corporate level (Episerver, Sitecore, Adobe) and/or new generation headless CMS (Kontent.ai, Uniform, Contentful).
• 3-5 years of experience in web management with consumer-facing websites.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese language skills highly desirable. Additional languages are an advantage.
