Business Segment

Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.

Position Purpose

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of Java systems, improvements, and corrections in financial systems.
• Should be able to help the sales team in the requirement gathering and help to make the decisions in the design of the code.
•  Replacement of the provide or C24 libraries with the financial applications.
• Working with Backoffice or message translation application.
• Should be able to make the changes to the financial applications according to the new Messages standards which will be released by SWIFT.
• Analysis, development, testing and monitoring the approval of projects; - Collaborate on documentation and support for internal areas.
• Organize projects and activities using collaboration tools.
• Participate in meetings with multicultural teams in English.

Qualifications:

To land this role you will need :

• Professional experience required:
• Fluent English; - daily calls. Customer contact. More verbal.
• Extensive (proven) experience with Java development (ideally 8 years with the Java tool).
• Experience in using prowide or C24 libraries with the Financial applications.
• Experience in working with Backoffice or message translation application is an advantage.
• Should have good understanding about SWIFT Message Formats.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (which may be similar organization tools).
• Verbal and written communication skills in English. Differentiator: Spanish is an advantage.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Technology
• An Oracle Certified Professional (OCA) certification will be considered an advantage
• A postgraduate or master's degree in technology or related areas will be considered an advantage.
