Responsibilities

Position Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Digital Experience, you will own the experimentation and optimization program for our FOREX.com regional websites (and adjacent digital journeys). Using testing, analytics, and research, you’ll deliver measurable improvements in client satisfaction, conversion, activation, and retention. Embedded in Central Marketing, you’ll partner with in-house creative/design, UX, SEO, Product Managers, Web Editors, and Paid Media to prioritize hypotheses, build A/B/n and multivariate tests, and scale proven solutions - while maintaining robust QA, consent/compliance, and accessibility standards. You will balance strategy and execution: shaping the roadmap and sizing impact, then rolling up your sleeves to launch, analyze, and implement changes. You’re persistent, outcomes-driven, and comfortable iterating through changes that take time to realize full value.

What you’ll own

  • The CRO roadmap: prioritization, sequencing, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experiment design & analysis: insights discovery, hypothesis quality, build A/B or multivariate tests, result interpretation, and clear read-outs.
  • Landing page & journey optimization across acquisition, onboarding, funding, and trading flows—balancing growth with compliance and UX.
  • Personalization: audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and measurement with guardrails.
  • Program governance: documentation, QA, release checks, and a repeatable process from idea → test → rollout.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Translate insights from GA4, Contentsquare, session replays, surveys, and qualitative research into prioritized hypotheses.
  • Build and launch A/B/n and multivariate tests via Monetate (or similar: Optimizely/VWO/AB Tasty).
  • Partner with UX, Design, Copy, SEO, Paid Media, Product, and regional Marketing to scope concepts, prototype fast, and iterate weekly.
  • Map end-to-end user journeys; quantify friction, identify opportunity sizes, and propose experiments with expected impact.
  • Create crisp, executive-ready reporting and maintain a living experiment library.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • 5–7+ years in CRO/experimentation and web analytics with proven commercial impact.
  • Strong statistical literacy (hypothesis testing, power/MDE, sequential testing pitfalls, SRM detection).
  • Hands-on with GA4, Monetate (or Optimizely/VWO/AB Tasty), Contentsquare or similar
  • Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery or similar) and spreadsheet analysis; familiarity with BI (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java; able to read code, collaborate with engineering on server-side or hybrid experiments, and QA technical implementations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling; can influence non-experts and drive decisions.
  • Solid UX sense and familiarity with design systems; strong written communication.
  • Comfort working in a regulated environment with clear guardrails.

Nice-to-have

  • Scripting for analysis (Python/R) and experiment QA/debugging.
  • Experience in financial services, multi-locale sites, and localization testing.
  • Tag management (GTM)

Working environment:

  • Permanent, full-time, 4 days per week in office.
