Responsibilities

Position Purpose: We’re looking for a systems-minded creative thinker, someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and process. You’ll take the lead in evolving our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring it becomes a trusted hub where content is easy to find, use, and govern. This role is about more than managing files; it’s about designing an environment where creativity flows effortlessly, brand consistency shines, and teams are empowered to create with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Asset Management (DAM)

  • Own the DAM: Lead, optimise, and evolve our Digital Asset Management platform (Bynder) so it becomes one of the creative team’s most powerful tool, stable, scalable, and always improving.
  • Design for Discovery: Create intuitive metadata standards, taxonomy frameworks, and tagging protocols that make every asset easy to find, use, and love.
  • Protect and Govern: Define and enforce governance standards, from naming conventions and version control to rights management, ensuring every asset meets brand, legal, and licensing standards.
  • Enable and Empower: Manage user access, train teams, and develop onboarding experiences that encourage adoption and self-service.
  • Template Champion: Collaborate with the creatives to build and maintain branded templates that keep quality high and workflows fast.
  • Optimize Requests: Evaluate creative needs and identify opportunities to fulfil them through existing assets or scalable DAM solutions, turning repeat requests into effortless workflows.

Creative Studio Operations

  • Tech Stewardship: Oversee the creative tech stack, ensuring seamless integration, adoption, and evolution in line with business needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Document processes, define standards, and champion best practices that balance creativity with consistency.
  • Measure What Matters: Analyze usage data, monitor performance metrics, and surface insights that fuel smarter creative operations.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Experience: Experience in a Creative Operations role, combined with hands-on experience managing an enterprise-level DAM system.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise with DAM platforms (e.g., Bynder, Brandfolder, Adobe AEM) and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Jira).
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and removing workflow inefficiencies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Information Science, or a related field.

Working environment:

  • Permanent, full-time, 4 days per week in office.
