We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Bullion Operations team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to bullion trading, settlement, logistics, and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end bullion operations including trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with dealers, vaulting partners, logistics providers, and banks to ensure timely movement and settlement of bullion.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and holdings across trading and custody platforms.
• Support daily reconciliation between trading systems, custodians, and accounting records.
• Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, trade reporting, etc.).
• Assist in developing and improving operational workflows, controls, and documentation.
• Support product and technology teams in automating manual processes and enhancing system efficiency.
• Prepare periodic reports on operational metrics, inventory, and performance.
• Respond promptly to internal and external stakeholder inquiries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations within financial services, commodities, bullion trading, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management and settlement processes.
• Experience with bullion or commodity logistics and custodial operations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with compliance processes (KYC/AML) and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP or trading platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
