Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales professional to support our Korea-focused institutional fixed income business. This role is ideal for individuals with early-career experience in financial services who are eager to grow client relationships, contribute to cross-border sales efforts, and collaborate with global teams. You will play a key role in driving client engagement, supporting senior sales and trading teams, and promoting a wide range of fixed income products and services.

 

 

Primary duties will include:

  • Execute trades in cash fixed income products, with a focus on Asia credit markets.
  • Coordinate with Korea business senior sales and trading teams to execute client strategies and deliver best-in-class service.
  • Assist in handling ad hoc client requests, preparing pitch materials, client reports, and trade analytics.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients across regional and global markets.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to promote fixed income products to Korean institutional investors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • 1–5 years of experience in fixed income area, preferably in sales(client facing role), trading, middle office, or trading assistant roles.
  • Working experience with Korean FI clients across fixed income products(Credit, Rates).
  • Strong interest in global fixed income markets and institutional client engagement.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting client onboarding, legal/compliance workflows and trade lifecycle in Korean FI markets.
  • Deep understanding of the Korean financial market and cultural norms.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Korean(Native level required) and English.
  • Professional demeanor with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are required.
  • MAS licensing or willingness to obtain.

 

Working environment:

  • 4 days in office, 1 day remote
