Job Purpose and Responsibilities 

Position Purpose: As a Software Engineering Intern, you’ll help build and improve full‑stack applications used by our internal teams such as Operations, Risk, and Client Services. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, learn modern web technologies, and gain hands‑on experience in a real production environment.

Primary duties will include:

• Build small to medium UI and backend features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and/or Java
• Write and maintain unit tests with guidance from the team
• Take part in code reviews, learn from feedback, and follow team coding standards
• Help document components, APIs, and troubleshooting steps in our code repository or wiki
• Join Scrum ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and learn how agile teams work
• Gain exposure to one area of the business and understand how technology supports it

Technology Ecosystem:

• Front-End: React, JavaScript, Typescript (all 3 must have)
• Back End: Node JS (must have), Java (optional)
• Database: Postgres
• Cloud: Azure (optional)

Early Careers Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university)
• Available for a July 2026 start date for a 13-week program
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
• Must be authorized to work in Poland for any employer

 Working environment

Hybrid with minimum of 4 days in the office.
