Position Purpose: The Content Operations specialist is responsible for managing the global process by which marketing and Thought Leadership content is localized, optimized, and distributed across channels.
This role ensures that translated content — from articles and webpages to emails, ads, and social posts — is accurate, timely, and regionally relevant.
Working closely with the Global Head of Content, Regional Marketing Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and native language reviewers, the Content Operations Specialist will oversee end-to-end translation workflows powered by AI-assisted tools, manage approvals, and coordinate final delivery to all distribution channels.
