Responsibilities

Position Purpose: Lead the development and execution of an entity‑first, semantics‑driven SEO content program for StoneX’s English‑speaking B2B markets. You will scale organic visibility and qualified institutional traffic through accurate, compliant, educational content and AI‑enhanced workflows. This role owns strategy and hands‑on delivery across briefing, editing, and on‑page optimization, partners closely with subject‑matter experts and Compliance, and mentors contributors on semantic precision and content quality. 

Primary duties will include:  

  • Strategy ownership (EN markets): Build and maintain a quarterly plan mapped to StoneX’ Business divisions and content streams, aligned to user intent and business priorities. 
  • Semantic architecture: Define topical maps, taxonomies; design internal‑linking frameworks, avoid cannibalization and clarify intent across overlapping topics 
  • AI‑assisted operations: Use LLM workflows and tools to accelerate research and briefs with human‑in‑the‑loop QA, prompt libraries, and quality checkpoints. 
  • Briefing & editing: Produce semantic briefs with SERP/intent analysis, E‑E‑A‑T requirements, and SME inputs; edit drafts for clarity, precision, and compliance‑safe tone. 
  • On‑page optimization: Ship and test best‑practice meta titles 
  •  and descriptions H structure, URL slugs, alt text, internal linking targets 
  • Site architecture & hygiene: Lead content audits to improve performance 
  • Stakeholder alignment: Co‑create keyword proposals with business desks to match market language and product positioning; facilitate intent/semantics workshops. 
  • Trendwatch & playbooks: Track algorithm and semantic SEO developments; document playbooks and coach team members. 

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • 6–8+ years leading SEO content in B2B, ideally financial services or other regulated industries. 
  • Demonstrated initiative and wins across multiple English‑speaking markets with measurable improvements in visibility and engagement. 
  • Deep semantic SEO expertise: entity‑based research, topic clustering, knowledge‑graph alignment, disambiguation, and internal‑linking architectures. 
  • Strong command of AI‑assisted research/briefing  and prompt/QA guardrails. 
  • Excellent writing/editing skills ; strong stakeholder communication and influence.
