Position Purpose: The ServiceNow QA Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of both automated and manual testing solutions to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform. While the focus is on test automation, this role also includes manual testing activities where appropriate. The engineer will work closely with development team, BAs and Platform Architect to improve test coverage, enhance testing efficiency, and help deliver reliable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
