Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be able to quickly develop a strong understanding of our product offering. You will be someone who takes initiative and approaches problem-solving with a proactive mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to grow and develop new business

  • Onboarding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing portfolio clients

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records

  • Sourcing leads through various channels

  • Engaging in direct and indirect sales approaches, including cold/warm calls, trade shows, and client events

 

 

Qualifications

Sales and Industry Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Prior experience in FX, payments, corporate banking, or treasury is preferred
  • Full-cycle sales exposure: prospecting, solution selling, closing, and account development, account management
  • Comfortable engaging with both SMEs and large corporates, and IDOs is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

 

Regional and Language Requirements

  • Native-level German speaker
  • Fluent in business English
  • Proficiency in a third language such as Italian, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus
  • Existing network in the DACH region is desirable

 

Technical and Soft Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong understanding of payments and FX, preferably Treasury management
  • Consultative, value-based sales approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
  • Collaborative mindset, but also able to work independently
  • Entrepreneurial, commercially focused, and target driven
  • Experience with Microsoft office, Salesforce, CRM.
