Overview

Position Summary:

 

The Learning & Development (L&D) Associate at StoneX supports the growth and success of employees by helping deliver effective training and development programs across the organization. Working closely with the L&D Manager and other team members, the associate assists with improving new hire onboarding, manager, and soft skills training, administering e-learning platforms, and ongoing learning initiatives. Responsibilities include managing logistics, supporting the company’s learning platform (Oracle Learn), tracking ongoing trainings across the globe, training analysis and reporting, tracking participation, gathering feedback, and helping ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for employees. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others learn and grow within a dynamic, global environment.

Responsibilities

 

LinkedIn Learning Administration (25%):

  • Serve as a key admin for LinkedIn Learning, managing user access, licenses, and learning paths.
  • Promote usage by curating relevant content, creating learning collections, and recommending courses based on business needs.
  • Drive campaigns, track engagement and generate reports to highlight adoption and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate LinkedIn Learning into broader development initiatives.

LMS Administration (25%):

  • Serve as the administrator for global learning initiatives, ensuring the LMS platform supports and scales with StoneX’s worldwide learning and development objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the Oracle Learn LMS to support global learning and development objectives.
  • Oversee system configuration, user roles, content management, and permissions across all regions to ensure a streamlined and compliant LMS experience.
  • Collaborate with global HR and IT teams to ensure the platform meets business needs and adheres to regional requirements.
  • Provide technical support, create user documentation, and deliver training for employees and partners worldwide.
  • Analyze system usage data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

L&D Data, Reporting & Communication (20%):

  • Maintain accurate training records and assist in preparing regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Track attendance, participation, and feedback for all learning programs.
  • Communicate with employees and managers to answer learning & development queries.
  • Manage the central Learning inbox, responding to inquiries and escalating items as needed.
  • Assist with the creation, formatting, and updating of learning materials and resources.
  • Work closely with the L&D Manager, HRBPs, and business leaders to support the delivery of training initiatives.

Learning Projects (30%):

  • Support the planning and execution of various learning projects and initiatives aligned with team priorities.
  • Assist in researching, benchmarking, and implementing new learning tools, methods, or content formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation and help coordinate tasks to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in LMS administration, data analysis and/or reporting.
  • Global experience and exposure to learning initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Oracle Learn or similar LMS platforms.
  • Understanding of e-learning standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI) and talent management systems.
  • Experience with HR data analytics and the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and present senior stakeholders reports and insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across departments and regions.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to analyze HR and LMS data to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience using data to drive decision-making in HR and talent management contexts.
