Responsibilities

Job requirements

  • Strong communication skills as the role puts the candidate in the first line of support for our products
  • Effective team communication and collaboration skills, openness to asking questions as well as coming forth with own ideas
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate in English daily
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in applications support
  • Practical skills in some of the following:
    • Artifactory
    • SonarQube
    • TeamCity
  • Ability to test Applications after main Releases updates according to Test cases. Eager to automate manual test cases and any other proposal to improve manual task.

Qualifications

  • Work in a support team as a contributing member
  • Work with users and ensure support tickets are resolved professionally, and in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members
  • Participate in team events and Agile rituals
  • Contribute ideas to improve Productivity Tools
  • Help with improving both manual and automated testing processes 

Good to have

  • Interests in:
    • Atlassian
    • CI/CD
    • Scripting
  • Some understanding of RESTful APIs
