Responsibilities

Position Purpose: The position is reporting to the Websites Operations Manager and supports key stakeholders across the business to drive delivery of a unified system to meet the needs of regional marketing, analytics, global media, and support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variation in their work and the ability to participate in various roles such as content management, site planning & optimization, web technology and functionality, customer experience, and web analytics. An understanding of website build process, CMS functionality and ability to work independently are critical for success in this position. You’re the type of person that isn’t afraid to flag issues, suggest areas of improvement, and get proficient with the CMS tools.

 

Primary duties will include: 

  • Daily maintenance of website content across all regional websites (mainly for Forex.com brand)
  • Implementing web pages, landing pages, content, imagery, video, forms and any other content in CMS
  • Ensuring company monthly, quarterly and annual financial data on websites is up-to-date
  • Website quality assurance – helping test and review website content for errors
  • Maintaining and keeping up to date websites, including adding and maintaining new/existing pages and content to provide optimal user experience
  • Ensuring SEO best practices are implemented on all pages
  • Being a point of contact for website live issues and releases
  • Working with cross functional teams on projects work that involve website content updates
  • Collaborating with Digital & Creative Marketing Team to execute the creative direction, planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the company’s websites

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Experience (professional or academic) in content management with consumer facing websites
  • Familiarity with web CMS (Content Management System)
  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills
