Overview

As a Product Manager within the Funding as a Service/Payments team at StoneX, you will play a pivotal role in leading our efforts to optimize and expand our customer funding solutions. Joining a dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to define, prioritize, and execute initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience in our payment systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions to clarify requirements, refine user stories, and validate solutions; take ownership of product design, ensuring both functional and technical considerations are met.
  • Work closely with developers to assess technical feasibility and translate business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring readiness of features for development and aligning with business goals.
  • Utilize your influence and expertise to engage with technology and business stakeholders, guiding decisions that align with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze data from various systems to uncover insights, trends, and improvement opportunities; proactively propose and implement solutions to enhance system performance and data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive initiatives aimed at optimizing payment operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and lead internal training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new payment functionalities.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure the impact of implemented changes.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on payments or fintech.
  • Prior experience with system integrations and understanding of API and system integration principles.
  • Results-driven mindset, ability to manage change and drive initiatives forward.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
