As an Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations Analyst for IT Risk and Security, you will be assisting in maintaining a highly integrated Identity and Access Management program, including operational activities (provisioning, de-provisioning, access changes, process management, etc), identity enforcement (segregation of duties, access reviews) and access governance (access auditing, logging, monitoring).  The role is heavily customer and ticket focused, both through service/incident fulfillment as well as directly with customers when needed.  An IAM Operations Analyst will work closely with engineers, other information technology teams and business stakeholders to support and maintain an identity program that aligns the information security strategy and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operation support for IAM products, including day to day upkeep of systems and incident/support ticket management.
  • Manage access to all designated systems and applications supported by StoneX throughout the user lifecycle.
  • Manage the identity lifecycle for StoneX accounts, service accounts, and other user credentials.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures documents.
  • Support compliance and audit initiatives by providing accurate access reports and evidence of control effectiveness.
  • Ability to use an incident management system to manage assigned requests/incidents and document change evidence according to internal controls.
  • Participate in EIT Risk and Security projects where requested.
  • Coordinate with the Service Desk to ensure they have the rights and knowledge to triage and complete IAM requests and incidents where applicable.
  • Engage directly with customers when needed - providing services and troubleshooting issues.
  • Provide periodic on-call responsibilities via a rotational schedule.
  • Facilitates continuous adoption, training, communication, and education of IAM capabilities, functions, and standards.
  • Identify gaps and assist with remediation of security controls, policies, procedures, standards and processes to ensure alignment with organization standards, strategies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

 

This individual must be capable of working independently in a task fulfillment and service-focused role.  Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.

 

  • Three years of hands-on information technology experience.
  • Experience with systems administration (Windows server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra resources, file shares, Microsoft Office 365, SaaS applications, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge in enterprise directory services and authentication/authorization concepts.
  • Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, ServiceNow or Saviynt.
  • Understanding of concepts such as identity lifecycle management, least privilege, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, zero trust, segregation of duties, role-based access, and privileged access management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and verbal / written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service abilities required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of staff both internal and external.
  • Strong desire to maintain and advance security and identity at StoneX.
  • Ability to interact positively and appropriately communicate with team members, customers, IT support staff and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical subjects include the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Knowledge of IAM tools such as Okta and Saviynt.
  • Experience with ServiceNow support software system.
