We’re seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer to streamline our infrastructure and delivery processes across Azure, on-premises, and Kubernetes (Wrangler) environments. You’ll be responsible for automating CI/CD pipelines, implementing infrastructure as code, improving security and observability, and supporting production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Management: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Azure, on-prem, and Kubernetes clusters. Implement gated deployments and troubleshoot pipeline failures.
• Git Strategy & Governance: Enforce PR reviews, CI checks, and branching strategies. Maintain repo hygiene and branch protection policies.
• Security & Quality: Integrate tools like Snyk and SonarQube to identify and resolve vulnerabilities and code quality issues.
• Infrastructure as Code: Provision and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform. Maintain reusable modules and automate resource lifecycles.
• Monitoring & Cost Optimization: Use Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana to build dashboards, set up alerts, and identify cost savings.
• Access Management: Define Azure RBAC policies. Enforce least-privilege access and regularly audit sensitive environment permissions.
• Incident Response & Support: Provide deployment support during off-hours, resolve infra-related issues, and assist app teams with CI/CD workflows.
• Automation: Identify and automate manual tasks across environments. Develop custom monitoring and alerting where needed.
• Disaster Recovery: Implement and test DR plans for critical systems to ensure recovery readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, YAML pipelines
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Strong understanding of Azure services, especially identity, monitoring, compute, and networking
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (preferably Rancher/Wrangler-based)
• Experience integrating security tools (Snyk, SonarQube)
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor)
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to hybrid cloud or on-premise deployments
• Experience supporting production workloads and deployments in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of cost optimization best practices in Azure
