Position Purpose:

This role offers the opportunity to carry out the daily operational tasks of the StoneX Bullion GmbH Operations team, as well as providing support to other functions within the StoneX Bullion GmbH business.

Primary duties will include:

· Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and vaults

· Quote & Premium requests Carriers / Refineries

· Liaising with other entities within StoneX dealing with precious metals.

· Ad hoc problem resolution as required.

· Handling queries raised by internal and external stakeholders

· Daily Inventory management

· Tax documentation- aiding accounting and financing teams in their requirements

· Daily Invoicing: All exports/imports

· Bank reconciliations of incoming and outgoing funds.

To land this role you will need:

· Understanding of sales flows, treasury management and Microsoft systems

· Previous experience in Precious Metals, including logistics

What makes you stand out:

· Interest in finance and physical commodities a willingness to learn

· Understanding of Logistics (preferred)
