Responsibilities

Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist

 

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a trusted point of contact for our retail customers, ensuring they receive expert guidance and a seamless experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in an industry that values trust and expertise.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers worldwide via email, phone, and live chat in German, English, and ideally Spanish.
  • Advise and assist customers with product information, orders, and account management.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with a multicultural team to streamline processes and improve customer service strategies.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Languages: Strong German & English skills; Spanish and/or French are a plus.
  • Customer Service Experience: Ideally in an international or fast-paced environment.
