Business Segment Overview

Retail: Empower individual investors – and yourself – in the world of retail through a range of different financial products rooted in innovation and market intelligence. From FX and CFDs to precious metals, master an exciting world of wealth management tools.

Primary duties will include: 

• Supporting our Mandarin-speaking clients with account and platform inquiries
• Executing trades over the phone
• Conduct trade investigations
• Generate trade reports and statistics for clients and management
• Deliver solution-focused service in all aspects of the customer experience
• Adapt to changes in regulations and policies/procedures
• Applicants need to be available to work in different shifts/ public holidays per request.
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment by assisting clients and delivering solution-focused results.
• Desire to learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies/procedures, and available programs/services
• Excellent consultative, rapport-building, listening, and communication skills
• Always demonstrate a positive and professional image

To land this role you will need:

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and timelines
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
• Financial services experience is preferable, especially in FX and CFDs, however on-site training is provided
• Client service experience will be highly advantageous
• A degree or working towards a degree in a relevant field. Exceptional candidates without a degree may still be considered provided they have related skills and experience
• Native Mandarin speakers, proficient in written Mandarin
