Position Purpose:

The Operations team is responsible for all aspects of post-trade clearing, settlement, and delivery services, along with the support and administration of trading, clearing and settlement systems across four different product verticals:

1. Exchange-traded and OTC derivatives
2. Securities (Fixed Income, Equities, Complex Products)
3. Precious Metals
4. Global Payments

Primary duties will include:

• Top day processing: Exchange/Custodian/Bank operations, Clearing & Settlement, Static Data maintenance, Cash and Collateral movements
• Next day processing: Investigations, Reconciliation, Physical Commodity deliveries (exchange-traded and OTC), Logistics and Administration, Regulatory reporting
• Systems Operations: Trade Platform support, Operations Systems support
• Client Services: Front Office support, Client support

To land this role you will need:

• A good Bachelor’s degree (under-graduates graduating in 2025 are welcome to apply)
• VBA, SQL, and other programming knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Other language capabilities are a plus
