Responsibilities

Position Purpose: Reporting into the Head of Display & Paid Social, you will be responsible for planning, activation & optimization of digital Display & Paid social campaigns. Media spend will be optimized by any means necessary to ensure KPIs and targets are met. Therefore, a data-driven and analytical approach is essential, as well as lateral thinking. Working in conjunction with stakeholders around the globe, will be key so campaigns resonate on a local level. In addition, you will support ad operations with the activation of campaigns across both advertising channel.

 

Primary duties will include: 

  • Managing the Paid Social & Display advertising marketplace, crossing upper-funnel & performance
  • Managing 3rd party advertising technology on a day-to-day basis, including Programmatic DSPs, Paid Social advertising platforms (Linkedin & YouTube).
  • Manage publisher & platform relationships across both advertising channels
  • Work closely & support Ad Operations trafficking, ad serving and tagging across the acquisition paid & earned media campaigns
  • Work closely together with Analytics, Data & Insight to secure the correct reporting of media campaigns across the acquisition team
  • Managing the relationships with internal stakeholders, i.e. organic social team & other marketing teams
  • The accurate management of spend & budgets, adhering to the StoneX finance process

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years working in social advertising & Display advertising
  • Expert/hands-on knowledge of Paid Social advertising market place containing Meta, Twitter & LinkedIn
  • Experience in managing upper-funnel & direct-response (performance) based campaigns across multiple Paid Social Advertising platforms
  • Experience or willingness to develop in skill set within 3rd party ad-servers (the Google stack) containing trafficking, ad serving and tagging across the acquisition paid
  • Understanding of how display & paid social integrate with other digital and offline channels
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Intermediate Google Analytics skills

Education / Certificates:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
