Responsibilities

Position Purpose: Join our growing Procurement Team! This role reports to the Procurement Manager and will oversee the selected IT categories, managing the full contract lifecycle.  The IT Procurement Manager will be responsible for fully managing contract lifecycle activities within the assigned IT spend category, ensuring effective oversight and alignment with business objectives.

 

Primary duties will include:

  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to contract execution and renewal.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Develop negotiation strategies to achieve the best value for the company.
  • Lead negotiations for IT contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including TPRM and legal to ensure alignment and support for procurement activities.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update contract management systems and databases.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • 5 years + of experience in procurement, managing IT contract categories.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Fluent level of English.

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Working environment:
