Business Segment Overview: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.

Position Purpose: Oversee and manage the company’s SWIFT systems and network, ensuring their seamless operation, security, and compliance with industry standards. The role involves coordinating system maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing necessary updates to support secure financial transactions. Additionally, the position ensures that the SWIFT network operates efficiently and supports the organization's overall financial and operational objectives.

Primary duties will include: 

• Manage Customer and Service Bureau VPN connections.
• Manage and monitor Active Directory environment.
• Manage and monitor VMware Infrastructure for Service Bureau.
• Implement periodic Vulnerability scans and remediations for Service Bureau.
• Manage Linux Infrastructure for Service Bureau.
• Maintain and support a SWIFT infrastructure that includes hardware / OS, networking including customer connectivity, multiple message transmission protocols including SFTP.
• Design and plan security measures and manage information security for incoming and outgoing customer connections. Manage Third party risk assessments for the customers.
• Support SOC 2 Audit.
• Presales support for SWIFT Projects.
• Support scalable operation through high levels of automation.
• Well-defined processes consistently implemented including project plans, support systems, incident reports and change management.

To land this role you will need:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Network and Infrastructure.
• At least 3 years in Network Security and Fortinet infrastructure.
• Proven capability in delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to manage projects with multiple contributors and multiple moving parts.
• Ability to work late and weekends as required. 
• Must be fluent with English.

Working environment:

• Hybrid (3 days per week working in the office
• Climate controlled office environment
