Commercial: With boots on the ground authenticity at the heart of everything we do, our comprehensive array of commercial products and services enable you to work directly with our clients, across hedging, risk management, execution and clearing, OTC products, commodity finance and more.

Position Purpose:

Take a technical leadership position in the fixed income and securities IT development area, support them in their new and ongoing technology initiatives - start off with the fixed income business unit,

but not limited to it  - later on take on and support other groups like equities , foreign exchange, futures etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Management
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-performance trading and risk platforms.
• Drive collaboration across development, operations, and business teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Ensure team adherence to software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
2. Technical Development & Architecture
• Architect, design, and oversee the development of financial systems focused on fixed-income trading, risk, and market data.
• Manage exchange connectivity systems, including FIX protocol integration and market data feeds.
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security in high-frequency trading environments.
• Take ownership of legacy trading platforms - maintain and enhance it as per evolving business needs.
3. Operations & Risk Management
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to develop systems that meet regulatory standards.
• Optimize operational workflows to reduce latency, manage connectivity issues, and ensure data integrity.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders, including traders, analysts, and senior management.
• Deliver technical roadmaps and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of key projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in C#, C++, and SQL,Java
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with market data platforms, exchange connectivity, and FIX protocol.
• Front,middle, back office, front end and back end systems, and workflows
• GUI frameworks like WPF, React, Javascript
• CI/CD pipeline
• Domain Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of fixed income trading, risk management, and financial operations.
• Experience in handling market data and ensuring seamless connectivity with exchanges.
• Leadership Skills:
• Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams in a high-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools and Agile development practices.
• Problem-Solving Abilities:
• Expertise in debugging, optimizing trading systems, and mitigating risks in real-time operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with financial institutions or fintech companies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for financial applications.
• Knowledge of machine learning or advanced analytics for financial data.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
