Responsibilities

Position Purpose: StoneX is looking to recruit an experienced project manager who will be responsible for executing a diverse range of projects, with a primary focus on third party platform integration. The successful candidate will work directly with senior stakeholders and internal departments to drive multiple projects in a program from initiation through to completion, communicating timelines and project progress along the way. Primary duties will include:

  • Deliver end-to-end in-house projects, coordinating multiple delivery teams across a range of disciplines, geographical locations and time zones  
  • Monitor, control and report on project progress and budget  
  • Manage JIRA and Confluence at project level  
  • Capture team estimates and use them to create detailed project plans 
  • Re-scope and re-baseline projects as required  
  • Help teams refine scope and requirements  
  • Secure and organise project resource  
  • Track and mitigate against risk and issues 
  • Map and monitor any dependencies 
  • Manage and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders 
  • Run relevant project and program meetings  
  • Communicate updates to sponsors, stakeholders and Heads of EPMO 
  • Help achieve departmental objectives and KPIs 

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • 7+ years as a Project Manager
  • Evidence of successfully leading platform integration projects
  • Strong leadership skills, accustomed to managing multiple projects, delivery teams, and stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly understand technology and software-based systems 
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of PM governance and tools
  • Proven ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders, excellent influencing skills to build and maintain relationships and work collaboratively 
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal

Preferred: 

  • Murex experience
  • Agile scrum methodology and SDLC experience
  • Analytical skills or experience
  • Experience in Financial Services industry 

Education and/or Certification Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree required 
  • Professional qualification in project management and/or security preferred

Working Environment: 

  • Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize workload, complete multiple tasks to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Self motivated and proactive approach 

Hiring Salary Range $110,000 - $130,000 Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
