Business Segment Overview: Empower individual investors – and yourself – in the world of retail through a range of different financial products rooted in innovation and market intelligence. From FX and CFDs to precious metals, master an exciting world of wealth management tools.

Position Purpose: You will work in a cross functional team of Salesforce Admins and Developers. You will take an active role in the entire process from estimation and design to feature rollout and you will work with and pair with other members of the team of all disciplines, BA, Admin, and Developers.

Primary duties will include: 

• We build our platform with quality in mind. You will provide Unit Tests to sustain quality and regression.
• Design and develop new functionality based on business requirements and create test classes and perform required testing on new development.
• You will be expected to maintain a high level of conduct, ethical standards and values as well as maintain an appropriate level of competence through ongoing training, making requests for updates or development as required.

To land this role you will need:

Hands-on Salesforce Development:

• Proficient in designing, coding, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• This includes proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and the Salesforce declarative toolset.

Custom Webservice Implementation:

• Experience with building and integrating custom web services (SOAP/REST) within Salesforce.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and applications using APIs and middleware solutions.

Problem-Solving and Solution-Oriented:

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• A proactive mindset to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvements.
  

Full Development Lifecycle Experience:

• Experienced in both configuration and customization.
• Familiar with Salesforce DevOps processes, version control, and CI/CD practices to streamline development and deployment cycles.

What makes you stand out:  

• Experience with Salesforce Messaging, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular/React is an advantage.
• Ability to manage and maintain integrations with Salesforce AppExchange packages.
• Willingness to provide opinions, technical insights, and recommendations during team discussions and planning sessions.
• Strong communication skills to work alongside business analysts, admins, and other team members to deliver projects successfully.

Education / Certification Requirements: 

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (minimum) certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  

Working environment:

• Hybrid - 3 days per week working from the office.
