Technology Ecosystem:

  • Front-End: Web Frameworks, Micro Front Ends – HTML, CSS, JS, React framework,
  • Back End: .net technologies or  Java Spring Boot Framework using Java. Messaging/Integration middleware products such as Kafka, IBM MQ , Rabbit MQ, Relational Databases such as SQL Server and Non-relational Databases such as MongoDB.
  • Architecture: Microservices, Micro frontend, BFF, Hybrid (OnPrem/Cloud)
  • Cloud: Azure with exposure to deploying using Docker Containers with Kubernetes. CI/CD pipeline process and applications, Software Versioning system Git, Unit Testing Frameworks and Test Automation Frameworks.
  • Hands on experience working with process tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, ServiceNow

Responsibilities

 

Primary duties will include: 

 

  • Monitor incoming tickets, assess appropriate priority by working with business and triage accordingly
  • Partner with Clients and Correspondent partners to prioritize and address issues.
  • Independently handle issues with trading and payment systems.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve technically complex, mission-critical issues and prioritize with the customer
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies
  • Customer service orientation is key. Collaborate with internal business partners, engineering teams, and other technology teams in the organization
  • Create, maintain and share technical knowledge documentation in knowledgebase repository
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with other team members

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in Development or Support roles
  • .net technologies C# or Java Spring Boot Framework using Java
  • Experience in writing SQL and Mongo queries
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal oversight
  • Great communicator who keeps all stakeholders updated with issue progress and updates

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)

 

Education / Certification Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

 

Working environment:

 

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office.
