Responsibilities

Position Purpose: The Onboarding Product Management team bridges the technical and business worlds, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, and AML and Compliance teams to create an effortless experience for new customers across diverse geographies and regulatory environments. In addition, the Onboarding Product team ensures that key business success metrics are achieved, with a focus on improving the experience for Customer Service teams. As an Associate Product Manager - Onboarding, you will optimize the end-to-end customer onboarding experience by defining solutions and collaborating on requirements to drive new account conversion growth, enhance operational efficiency, reduce client wait times, boost client engagement, and streamline the experience for operational staff. This role involves launching and enhancing software products and working closely with engineering, product, and customer service teams to establish effective processes that support our business goals.

 

Primary duties will include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a field with a strong emphasis on client solutions technology.
  • 1-2 years of product management experience, preferably in KYC/AML/Compliance or Onboarding/Client management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Fast learner with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Acquainted with the agile methodology, backlog management, product delivery and software development cycle.

Primary duties will include:

  • Gather insights from user and internal stakeholders’ feedback, data and product analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement or new features.
  • Collaborate with senior product managers to help define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Assist in prioritizing features and tasks based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Document product requirements and translate them into valuable deliverables.
  • Manage the E2E development of new product features throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with engineering, design and other product teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Investigate demo and live customer issues, cooperate with client management and operational teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between product, customer support, marketing, design and commercial teams.
  • Make contributions to designing details of the end-to-end customer onboarding experience and represent the onboarding team internally and externally as a subject-matter expert.
  • Actively participate in the scrum events by preparing and hosting refinement, planning and review sessions on a regular basis.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a field with a strong emphasis on client solutions technology.
