Responsibilities

Position Purpose

StoneX is looking for a high performing CMS Content Editor to manage the web channel demand for our retail websites, including www.forex.com and sub brands, mainly in Japanese. This person will be part of the global marketing team, reporting into the Global Websites Operations Manager and working alongside our in-house SEO specialists, Web Developers, Web product owners, Paid Media specialists and many more.  An eye for design, an ability to relate to clients’ content needs and an understanding of the web site development process are critical for success in this position.

 

The position is reporting to the Global Websites Operations Manager and supports key stakeholders across the business to
drive delivery of a unified system to meet the needs of regional marketing, analytics, global media, and
support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variation in their work and the ability to participate in
various roles such as site planning & optimization, web technology and functionality, customer
experience, and web analytics.

 

 

Primary duties will include

  • Responsible for supporting the daily maintenance of forex.com website (with various subdomains and regional variations)
  • Implement web pages, landing pages, content, imagery, video, forms and any other content in CMS
  • Be the CMS SME and advise colleagues on digital best practices
  • Ensure company monthly, quarterly and annual financial data on websites is up-to-date
  • Maintain and keep up to date websites, including adding and maintaining new/existing pages and content to provide optimal user experience
  • Ensure SEO best practices, including technical SEO requirements, are implemented on all pages
  • Website quality assurance – help test and review website content for errors
  • Work with cross functional teams on projects work that involve website content updates
  • Assist with updates as needed to web analytics code
  • Assist with the integration and updates of Google Analytics into our databases and websites
  • Working with regional managers to help build and maintain website content leveraging existing CMS templates
  • Assisting project leaders in quality assurance testing and solving quality assurance issues
  • Maintenance of detailed records of marketing tasks and activity- providing daily and weekly status reports
  • Owning various marketing tasks that focus on a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with Digital & Creative Marketing Team to execute the creative direction, planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the company’s websites

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in web management with consumer-facing websites
  • Familiarity with web CMS (Content Management System), preferably corporate level (Episerver, Sitecore, Adobe)
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to sustain constructive debates and hold opinions
