Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Program Manager and Chief of Staff to provide strategic support to the General Manager (GM) of our thriving India centres. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless internal communications, and supporting the General Manager in operational and long-term planning. This unique role combines program management and communications expertise with the strategic vision of a Chief of Staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our India Technology Centre.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Program Management:
  • Strategic Initiative Oversight:Lead and manage key strategic programs and projects across the GCC, ensuring alignment with the company's global objectives
  • Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that may arise
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:Work closely with various departments, including IT, HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure effective collaboration and successful project outcomes
  • Performance Measurement:Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs, providing regular updates and insights to the senior leadership
  • Operational Support: Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Internal Communications:
  • Communication Strategy Development:Create and implement an internal communications strategy that promotes transparency, engagement, and a unified company culture within the India entity
  • Content Creation:Develop and disseminate compelling and clear internal communications, including newsletters, emails, intranet updates, and presentations, ensuring consistency with the company’s tone and brand
  • Event Management:Plan and execute internal events, town halls, and leadership meetings to facilitate communication and foster a sense of community among employees
  • Feedback Mechanism:Establish channels for collecting and addressing employee feedback, promoting an open and inclusive work environment.

 

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, internal communications, or a chief of staff role, preferably within a global or multinational company. Experience in a GCC or similar environment in India is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for crafting clear and engaging messages
  • Experience of working in India and navigating the local business environment (a plus).
