Client Management Associates are responsible for responding to client inquiries in an accurate and timely manner through phones, chats or emails. Associates accurately apply procedural knowledge and guidelines to client calls, chats & emails while developing and managing client relationships. The person will be sent to Tokyo to complete regulatory examination, and can work in Tokyo for 1-2 weeks per year. |
