Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of FCP Client Monitoring and Screening with client screening alerts by conducting due diligence and additional checks to discount or match and escalate true alerts to senior management
  • Assist with the maintenance of tracking information requests
  • Assist with the Identification and Verification of all customers and beneficial owners
  • Support with the follow up correspondence to account executives and clients to ensure the risk of money laundering and terrorist financing is mitigated
  • Assist in the identification and understanding of new regulatory developments
  • Ensure that cases, emails, and requests are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Examine record-keeping systems to ensure that records are kept up to date, that systems of record are kept up to date, and that notes, and descriptions of actions taken are clear and comprehensive to support the audit trail of actions and decisions taken. Support management and Head of FCP Client Monitoring and Screening and the wider business with remediation exercises and thematic reviews
  • Develop and strengthen relationships throughout the organisation in order to promote best practises and ensure a thorough understanding of FCP risk management requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time

Early Careers Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s and/or masters degree from an accredited university in a relevant program in 2024 or completing by August 2025.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
  • Must be authorized to work full-time in Poland for any employer
